Property Ops questions
What areas do you serve?+
We serve Hendersonville and our verified Western North Carolina service area, including Asheville, Brevard, Fletcher, Arden, Mills River, Flat Rock, Etowah, and Laurel Park. If you're nearby, ask — we may still be able to help.
Do you work with individual owners and property managers?+
Yes. Property Ops supports individual homeowners, second-home and remote owners, vacation-rental managers, property management companies, realtors, and cleaning partners.
Can you support multiple properties?+
Yes. Portfolio onboarding lets us build property-specific instructions, service plans, and route-based visits so one point of contact covers many properties.
How are completed visits documented?+
Each assigned visit is confirmed with a completion record: what was done, when we arrived and departed, and any limited observable conditions relevant to the task.
Do you perform repairs?+
No. Property Ops is field support — not a licensed trade. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, structural, roofing, built-in appliance, mold, pest, and similar work is referred to qualified providers.
Can you coordinate access for an owner-approved contractor?+
Yes. We can provide authorized access, log arrival and departure, and document whether the assigned visit occurred. We do not supervise or certify the contractor's work.
Do you offer emergency service?+
We do not advertise emergency or 24/7 service. Response options depend on location, staffing, existing agreements, and availability. For urgent hazards, contact 911 or the appropriate utility or emergency provider first.
How does the 30-day pilot work?+
We start with a defined group of nearby properties, agreed services, scheduled visits, and documented completion. At the end of the pilot we review performance together and build the appropriate ongoing plan.
